Aqueous Accelerant is a notable passive skill that grants increased flask effect. It also grants increased mana recovery rate, increased attack speed and increased cast speed during effect of any mana flask.
Location
The Aqueous Acceleration cluster is in the Duelist section of the tree and contains two Mana Flasks and Flask Duration passives. The cluster shares an Intelligence node connection with the Pain Attunement keystone, the Melding cluster, the Nimbleness cluster, and the Arcane Vision notable.
