Energy Shield Delay is a notable passive skill that grants increased energy shield recharge rate and faster start of energy shield recharge.

Version	Changes
3.5.0	Now grants a total of 30% increased Energy Shield Recharge Rate (down from 60%). It now also grants a total of +60 to maximum Energy Shield.
2.0.0	Changed from providing 40% faster start of Energy Shield Recharge to 15% faster start of Energy Shield Recharge and 30% increased Energy Shield Recharge Rate.
1.2.0	The area surrounding the Witch, Shadow and Ranger has been redesigned. Many clusters throughout the tree now have new notables.
