Atrophy is a notable passive skill that grants increased chaos damage, increased cast speed, and additional chaos damage over time multiplier.

Location

Atrophy shares a large wheel with Force Shaper in the Shadow section. Three Damage Over Time and Chaos Damage Over Time Multiplier passives and one Physical and Chaos Damage passive precede it. The wheel shares an Intelligence node connection with the Arcane Swiftness, Doom Cast, and Written in Blood small wheels, and the Hasty Reconstruction cluster.
