a Non-Vaal Slam or Strike Skill near an Enemy [1]

Tawhoa, Forest's Strength is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Chieftain. It grants life regeneration and increased fire damage per endurance charge. In addition, whenever the user or their totems kill a burning enemy, there is a chance each of them gain an endurance charge.
