Lua error in Module:Item2/core at line 500: The "class_id" parameter is required.. Remnant of Corruption is an essence.

Obtaining

On slaying a monster bearing a Remnant of Corruption, the Remnant is dropped just like normal essences but also two Fleshmonster spawn there.

Spending

Corrupting the Essence a monster is trapped in will result in one of the following outcomes chosen at random:

  • Mobs are broken free with empowered stats.
  • All contained essences have their level increased by 1.
  • Another essence is added.
  • Upgrade the essence type to a higher essence type in the tiered progression.
