The Perandus leagues are a pair of ongoing challenge leagues: one is standard and the other is hardcore.

The standard and hardcore versions have the same core mechanics but slightly different items available.

The leagues started on March 4, 2016 along with the release of Version 2.2.0. At the end of the standard Perandus league, all characters and stashes will be moved to Standard league. Characters that die during the league respawn in the Perandus league. Characters and their stashes in the hardcore variant will be moved to the Hardcore league once the challenge league ends. If they die during the league, they respawn in the Standard league.
