Costly Might
Try so hard to figure out what is this. It has a tiny totem that apply debuff periodically but does not have debuff status icon . So should it appropriate to create an article about it or just add tip section? Also Impotence has debuff icon but i haven't create it yet. Neokowloon (talk)

Reduced Recovery
