Grants one passive skill point when consumed, and is obtained from certain quests as a reward. Available on Normal, Cruel and Merciless.

• From Hargan as a reward for completing the quest, "Victario's Secrets"
• From Grigor as a reward for completing the quest, "Piety's Pets"
