The Plaguemaw V is a sealed prophecy. It is a part of The Plaguemaw prophecy chain.
Obtaining
The only way to obtain it is to seal a prophecy with the same name.
Goal
With this Prophecy activ a seperate room inside the Crystal Veins in Act 4 will be created. Inside is Plaguemaw which will drop Eber's Key, which is requried for The Pale Court.
