3.21.0	Added a second notable to the Natural Authority cluster, Escalation, which provides 10% increased Melee Damage for each second you've been affected by a Warcry Buff, up to a maximum of 60%.
3.16.0	Escalation is removed from the game. Existing item anointed with that passive would have new passive Unfaltering instead.
3.11.0	Escalation is introduced to the game.
