The prophecy system was removed from the game in version 3.17.0. Itemised prophecies no longer exist in Path of Exile.

The Plaguemaw is a five-part prophecy chain. Completing it drops Eber's KeyEber's KeyStack Size: 10Mouth of the Masses, whose greatness spreads by our breath and touch,
who feeds the starving with the starved, the strong with the weak.Can be used in a personal Map Device., a component required to enter The Pale Court.

Version	Changes
3.17.0	Removed the Prophecy mechanic from the game, and moved many of its rewards to other content. Silver Coins can no longer drop. Existing Silver Coins and itemised Prophecies will be deleted from your inventory and stash the next time you log in after the launch of 3.17.0.
