A Regal Death is a sealed prophecy.
Obtaining
A Regal Death is exclusive to the Prophecy leagues. The only way to obtain it is to seal a prophecy with the same name.
Mission
A Regal Orb will drop once the player kills a unique King or Queen boss.
The prophecy possibly triggers on death of one of the following bosses: (this list may be inaccurate)
- The Sunburst Queen
- Mutated Broodqueen
- King Kaom
- Daresso, King of Swords
- The Bone Queen
- Volkuur, the Unbreathing Queen
- Atziri, Queen of the Vaal
- Queen of the Great Tangle
- The Fallen Queen
- Shivrul Goatqueen
- The Infernal King
- The Cursed King
- The Weaver
