Chainbreaker is a -only keystone passive skill which grants 3 Rage regeneration per second and makes increases and decreases to Mana regeneration Rate instead apply to Rage, but also makes skills cost 3 Rage to use.

Mechanics

The cost of rage can be reduced by things that lower the cost of skills. Because the rage cost is added to the cost of the skill itself.

Location

This keystone will conquered any keystones within the jewel radius of a that has modifier Commanded leadership over (10000–18000) warriors under Akoya.

Version history

Version	Changes
3.14.0	This Keystone no longer causes you to Lose 5 Rage when you Hit an Enemy, but now instead has Skills cost +3 Rage. The Keystone allowed certain skills that either didn't hit such as Bane, or skills that didn't count as you such as Totems and Mines to completely bypass the downside.
