Ok, in the doc of the template it wrote "The version number of when this item was initially released; when an item has legacy variants the date of the original release of the legacy variant should be used.". However, pypoe use the version of the map series was released, instead of the initial version of the map was first release (i.e. either it is the version of the original map series or the version of first introduction)
So, follow the pypoe (use the version of that map series was release), or follow the doc? (use the version that the map was first released?)
And actually it was discussed in Path of Exile Wiki talk:Community portal#New map.
For me either version will still spam "duplicated" entries in Timeline of base items. Neokowloon (talk) 09:48, 30 April 2020 (UTC)
