Sanctuary of Thought is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Hierophant that grants additional maximum energy shield equal to a percentage of the user's maximum mana.
Mechanics
The extra energy shield granted by Sanctuary of Thought is not added to the character's base energy shield, and therefore is not affected by any {{c|mod|increased maximum Energy Shield} modifiers.
