The Minion Instability keystone passive skill gives the following effects:
- Minions explode when reduced to Low Life, dealing 33% of their maximum Life as Fire Damage to surrounding enemies
Damage can be increased by:
- Passives
- Support Gems
- Minion Damage
- Minion Life
- Fire Penetration
- Concentrated Effect
- Chance to Ignite (indirectly)
- Increased Area of Effect (indirectly)
- Elemental Proliferation (indirectly)
- Necromantic Aegis - Any +Damage, +Life or +Fire damage (etc) enchantments will apply to the explosion.
The damage dealt by exploding Minions is not affected by any increases in Fire Damage or Burning, as stated explicitly on forums[1] by Mark from GGG.
