Blood Magic: When the Blood Magic keystone is allocated, the Spell Damage bonus from Clear Mind is always applied because having no mana implies that no mana is reserved.
Life reservation: If an aura is supported with Module Error: No skills found with q_where = skill.active_skill_name="Blood Magic" to reserve life, then it is not reserving mana and the Spell Damage bonus from Clear Mind applies as expected.
