What is the relation of stunning and projectile count?
For example, what does "additional 10% chance to stun" mean?

Or, additional 10% chance to stun per projectile?
For example, if I have 10 projectiles (with the skill Barrage, for example), and 10% chance to stun, then almost all of my attacks will stun?
