The Plaguemaw V is a sealed prophecy. It is a part of The Plaguemaw prophecy chain.
Obtaining
The only way to obtain it is to seal a prophecy with the same name.
Goal
With this Prophecy active, a seperate room inside the Crystal Veins in Act 4 will be created. Inside is Eber, the Plaguemaw who will drop 
Eber's KeyEber's KeyStack Size: 10Mouth of the Masses, whose greatness spreads by our breath and touch,
who feeds the starving with the starved, the strong with the weak.Can be used in a personal Map Device.
