Raider is an Ascendancy passive skill for the Ascendant based on the Raider Ascendancy Class.
This passive grants a chance to avoid elemental status ailments. It also gives dodge chance and a chance to gain a frenzy charge on kill. On full frenzy charges, the player has onslaught.
