[[Corrupted|Corrupting]] or [[Enchantment|enchanting]] an item can give it a (new) implicit modifier. Any previously existing implicit modifiers will be overwritten.

Implicit modifiers are modifiers that a particular base item naturally has, before any affix adds additional modifiers. These are listed separately from affix-granted modifiers in their own section in the item tooltip.
