An Implicit modifier is a modifier that a particular base item naturally has, before any affix adds additional modifiers. These are listed separately from affix-granted modifiers in their own section in the item tooltip. Not all items have implicit modifiers.
Items with Implicit modifiers:
- Rings
- Amulets
- Belts
- Quivers
- Weapons (except Axes and Bows)
- Shields (except Tower shields and Bucklers)
- Specific Body Armour (Astral Plate, Assassin's Garb, Occultist's Vestment, and Carnal Armour.)
You can randomize the value of an Implicit modifier with a Blessed Orb.
