Template:Passive

First to Strike, Last to Fall is an Ascendancy passive skill for the Champion that grants increased damage while not on low life. It also grants greatly increased evasion rating and armour while on low life and removes elemental status ailments when the player reaches low life. In addition, your hits apply Intimidate to enemies at full life, causing them to take increased damage.

It will remove status ailments when the player goes from not being on low life to going to low life. In other words, it won't remove status ailments when already at low life.
