Ngamakanui is the homeland of the Karui people, and part of the Karui Archipelago, located southwest of Lioneye's Watch. It is one of several explorable locations in Act 4 of PoE 2, where it appears to have been overtaken by the Flesh Scourge[guesswork?]. The seas of Northern Ngamakanui extend up towards Riben Fell.
