is the hinder effect from aspect of the spider still 30% as i was not able to find this info anywhere other than the old fandom wiki if so this is probably somewhat important information to have for the skill Durandle (talk) 15:17, 16 September 2023 (UTC)

No way you can find the info in fandom as this wiki has imported all the page history.

For the debuff itself. it should have a default value, so that it would be used if not mentioned in the unique item mod, skill gem mod, or rare item mod. Unfortunately, by pressing Alt , there is no tooltip on Fenumus' Weave nor mention in skill text of the Aspect of the Spider. But i have an Abyss jewel with relevant mod, the tooltip state " Hinder reduces movement speed by 30% for 4 seconds" so that it should be the default value.

It is the problem of GGG that not insert any tooltip text in gem like BlightBlightSpell, Chaos, AoE, Channelling, Duration
