Memento Mori is an atlas passive skill and Atlas keystone.
Location
As of version 3.18.0 it is located at the top left of the atlas passive skill tree, in the "Synthesis" wheel.
Mechanics
Converts the Cortex encounter into the Uber Cortex encounter.
Vivid Memories, a required notable to reach this keystone, doubles the effect of modifiers in Synthesis Maps. Note that this can cause some builds to be completely bricked, due to reaching 100% chance to Avoid Ailments, >100% reduced Recovery Rate of Life and Energy Shield, >100% reduced effect of Auras, etc. This can be avoided by allocating Wandering Path, at the cost of losing the beneficial effects of the other Synthesis notables.
