Clarifying drop location conditions

Hi all, just wanted to make a note here that we need more information to verify location for this card. There have been reports in Cemetery, Coves, Ashen Wood.. etc. Not verified but appears to drop with both Exarch or Eater influence. Will need to rule out if it's related to influence mobs or Beyond before posting specific maps.

Confirmed Sighting

I dropped this in Promenade t16 with triple Beyond and EOW influence. It dropped during a Breach.
