The Golden Hand is a quest item found in The Crypt Level 2 during the quest, "Through Sacred Ground".
The quest item is located in the same room with Archbishop Geofri the Abashed. However, it is not required to kill the Archbishop.
Also, instead of starting the quest by receiving it from Yeena, player can pick up Golden Hand directly to start the quest. Nevertheless the quest objective was the same: hand in Golden Hand to Yeena.
