Toxic Delivery

Toxic Delivery is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Assassin that grants extra chaos damage based on physical damage and reduced damage taken from Damage Over Time effects. It also causes poison and bleeding that was applied with a critical strike to deal more damage.
