Converts the Cortex encounter into the Uber Cortex encounter.

  • All Atlas keystone passives that enable access to Uber Pinnacle Bosses have been removed. Instead, we have added a new set of fragments that can be used to access the Uber Pinnacle Bosses.

  • Now has 100% increased effect of additional modifiers on the Cortex. This stat was moved onto the keystone and was from the notable Vivid Memories.

  • Introduced to the game.
