Cosmic Wounds is an atlas passive skill and Atlas keystone.

Mechanics

Converts the Shaper and Uber Elder encounters into the Uber Shaper and Uber Uber Elder encounters respectively (regular Elder fight is not affected).

Location

As of version 3.21.0 it is located at the very top of the atlas passive skill tree, behind Remnants of the Past.
