Reduced Recovery

Lightning Damage from Mana Costs
The table says there are three tiers for this modifier. I have only every encountered Tier III as a Melee. Maybe this should be clarified? --ArasakaApart (talk) 21:45, 18 May 2021 (UTC)
- If I recall correctly the numbers go up depending on the map tier. So technically it has indeed 3 tiers, but it's a binary modifier at the same time. Practically speaking, it's a free mod for the vast majority of builds, and a huge NO-NO for any sort of archmage no matter the tier, so imo it's not a big deal if it's listed like that.
Otherwise it would need to be listed three times in a row, with the same icon and description but a different value, making it probably even more confusing? Unless someone knows the exact map tier thresholds to include them there, but to be honest... that's such an insignificant piece of information.Nevermind that.
