Objective
You will inspect the Ancient Reverie Device in The Chamber of Sins Level 1 (Act 2). Skeletons will be summoned who use

Critical Strike Chance: 6.00%
Effectiveness of Added Damage: 250%Requires Level 12Sets a marker at a location. After a short duration, lightning strikes the marker, dealing damage around it and causing lightning strikes at any other markers you've cast.Deals (21-949) to (39-1762) Lightning Damage
Base duration is 1.50 seconds
+(0-0.6) metres to radius
Additional Effects From 1-20% Quality:
(0.75-15)% chance for Lightning to Strike the Marker when CastPlace into an item socket of the right colour to gain this skill. Right click to remove from a socket.
