(Undocumented): Now grants 12% increased Mine Throwing Speed (up from 10%). Now grants 60% increased Mine Duration (up from 40%). No longer grants Each Mine applies 2% reduced Damage dealt to Enemies near it, up to 10%.

Now grants 40% increased Mine Duration (up from 15%). Now grants Each Mine applies 2% reduced Damage dealt to Enemies near it, up to 10%. No longer grants 8% increased Mine Laying Speed. Instead, it now grants 10% increased Mine Throwing Speed.
