Account creation log

Hi, it's about your comment regarding account creation on the community portal page. I initially thought I learned something, but I now noticed that gamepedia wikis do not share the account creation log, at least not always. The account is a global account, but that seems to be about it. Am I missing something or what was your information based on? Consequently, it seems to me that the flood in the recent changes does come from this wiki specifically and it might actually be reasonable to do something about it. --aRTyficial (talk) 01:29, 3 January 2017 (UTC)

It's something I had in my head and thought I knew from previous experience, but I'm having difficulty placing it.
