Hello, just letting you know I've reverted your edit regarding Delirium IIQ as your citation is incorrectly to innate modifiers from league-specific monsters (spawned by Delirium fog). This is separate from the IIQ/IIR multi from the actual delirium depth itself:

Deliriousness grants a multiplier to Mob IIR and Mob IIQ, capping out at 2x Mob IIR and 1.5x Mob IIQ. It does not affect Area IIQ. The change was made in 3.14 Ultimatum, with exact values revealed in the Development Manifesto:
>We've lowered and standardised the amount of Item Quantity and Rarity granted by Delirium fog, so they now give up to double the inbuilt item Rarity of monsters, and up to 50% the item quantity of monsters. This now caps out at maximum depth, rather than at 50% depth as was previously the case.

Nothing about my edits was incorrect-- there were absolutely no citations backing up that claim until recently (i.e. a reference to that manifesto). I added the Citation Needed for the Delirium fog multiplier values, and a link to the information on the delirium league mechanic monsters previously having much higher innate quantity and rarity, which was removed after the 3.13 ritual league. [I disagree with the the interpretation of the manifesto, but thank you for adding the] citation to back up the information on more monster quantity and rarity.
