Mate, you do not understand what you're writing on the page of lightning ball, so please stop editing it. No one ever wrote that you can "shotgun" with the skill, so I do not understand why you added that, as if replying to me. Alright, I understand what you wanted to explain, and sorry if I seemed rude, but I wrote the comment above before I saw your post on the "talk" section of the skill's page. Anyway, I thought that the inability to shotgun was already pretty clear from what was written on the page. But since you wanted a further explanation, I added what you see now.
