Please don't create pages which don't need to be created. For example: Talk:The_Magnate serves no purpose.

Talk pages generally follow a Section <-> Question mapping which is why there's an Add Topic button on Talk pages. If you think specific templates should be used for Talk pages you should bring up the subject for discussion here so everyone can give input.
