I'm DragoonWraith, and I'm the "sheriff" (I have no idea why they chose that title) over at Bethesda Softwork's Oblivion Modding Wiki] (I'm also a "regulator" on the Fallout 3 G.E.C.K. Wiki, but I've been much less active on that project). As such, I have a lot of experience with Wikis, and I'm greatly interested in this project.
