I don't know how to update it, since it appears to be referencing some sort of base of passives, but the "outcome" cell of the Annoint table it's displaying old data, since it's
"Minions have 15% increased Area of Effect Minions have 15% increased Area of Effect if you have used a Minion Skill Recently"
and it should be
"Minions have 60% increased Critical Strike Chance Minions have +20% to Critical Strike Multiplier"
as of the lastast patch update (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3293287#minionbalance)
If someone were to link me some documentation I could update it!
