Question about this modifier:
Damage from Blocked Hits cannot bypass Energy Shield
Is this one of those special modifiers that over rides all other game mechanics? For example Corrupted Soul gives 50% of Non-Chaos Damage taken bypasses Energy Shield. If this modifier over-rides corrupting soul, then all blocked hits will take damage from energy shield first. Could be a notable interaction since it takes away the downside of corrupted soul for some builds.
