First, you dont need recoup. Period. Eternal youth is giving 33% of your max life per second. Damage loss from petrified blood will never reach that, you will be dead from the base hit way before then.

Second point, you can actually afford to run Anomalous Petrified blood, to get a 45% less damage instead. You are taking 141% of the life prevented over 4, but it's fine. Let's say you take a hit doing 180% of your maximum life. You are preventing 180*0.45 = 81%, leaving you with 1% max hp unreserved. You survive (with regular PB, you take 108%, you die). You are then taking 81%*1.41/4 = 28.5% maximum life per second, but you are recharging 33%, so you are fine on this department as well.

The only way for it to become deadly is if you take a large hit, nothing for 2s, then immediately another large hit while the degen from the first hit is still running, with the sum of both hits being over 210% of your maximum life (that with anomalous PB, because on regular PB, you can't ever die from PB life loss if you have eternal youth). Yes, in this case recoup would help, but this scenario is so unlikely i'm not sure it's interesting wasting point getting recoup for it.

The only realistic reason to invest into recoup as well as eternal youth is if you are using dark pact because otherwise, your damage is crippled when you are getting hit. But even in this case, recoup is only here to give you more damage, it has no effect on your tankiness.

Is that accurate? Thoughts?
