Extra cosmetic effect

Extra cosmetic effects or extra effects are cosmetic items that can be applied to the character to create various audio and visual effects under certain circumstances. The character can have any number of different extra effects applied at once, since they do not use a dedicated slot within the Cosmetics tab of the Inventory screen.
