The prophecy system was removed from the game in version 3.17.0. Itemised prophecies no longer exist in Path of Exile.
Vaal WindsCorruption is carried on a red wind, and spreads to all who are touched.You will discover an area with a Corrupting TempestRight-click to add this prophecy to your character.
