The prophecy system was removed from the game in version 3.17.0. Itemised prophecies no longer exist in Path of Exile.

The Undead StormBones fall from the sky and take the shape of the men they once were.You will discover an area with a Morbid TempestRight-click to add this prophecy to your character.
