Mechanics

Gain a Flask Charge when you deal a Critical Strike – With the Harvest equipped, the character will gain one flask charge when dealing a critical strike, which will be assigned randomly to one of their equipped flasks. There is a global limit on how often characters can gain flask charges from critical strikes. No more than one flask charge can be gained from such effects every 100 milliseconds, which means that the character can gain up to ten flask charges from critical strikes per second.
