Initially I was going to flag the statement as [[Template:Dubious|dubious]], but from my testing I can confirm that base damage modifiers on attack skills do ''not'' have any effect on the amount of life gained from both life on hit mods and the {{sl|Life Gain on Hit}} support. There is nothing to indicate that either life/mana on hit scales with base damage modifiers. Dubious statement about life/mana on hit

With the given reference, I can't verify the reliability of the statement, "Mana gained on hit is not scaled to Damage Effectiveness as Life gained on hit is." Initially I was going to flag the statement as dubious, but from my testing I can confirm that base damage modifiers on attack skills do not have any effect on the amount of life gained from both life on hit mods and the Life Gain on Hit SupportLife Gain on Hit SupportAttack, Support
