I am using a build with a very slow weapon and soulthirst. If I kill a massive amount of enemies in 1 hit, I get lots of attack speed from soul eater buff, but the second and third hits from multistrike appear to go really slow just like the first hit. This would indicate that the attack speed and damage of all 3 hits is calculated before use because of the games snapshot limitations. This would only matter for slow attackers with something that adds strong buffs fast like souleater. I haven't done enough testing out of combat to put it on the wiki, but I am making a note for future testing purposes.

Multiple multistrikes

What happens when I do not wait the multistrike to finish and press the skill button again and again?

What happens when I hold down the skill button?

Is the in-progress multistrike aborted? Is the skill only queued (deferred)? Can multiple actions overlap? (Can the pevious and current multistrikes overlap?) Is the multistrike-effect synchronous or asynchronous?

Maybe snapshot

I am using a build with a very slow weapon and soulthirst. If I kill a massive amount of enemies in 1 hit, I get lots of attack speed from soul eater buff, but the second and third hits from multistrike appear to go really slow just like the first hit. This would indicate that the attack speed and damage of all 3 hits is calculated before use because of the games snapshot limitations. This would only matter for slow attackers with something that adds strong buffs fast like souleater. I haven't done enough testing out of combat to put it on the wiki, but I am making a note for future testing purposes.
