Note. Weapon requirements should be: Restricted to only maces or staves to be equipped.
Or accurately: Requires a weapon to be equipped and the absence of all other weapons than maces or staves.
And not: Requires a mace or staff.
It is greatly misleading. Even though I have a mace equipped and even have the Skill in the mace. I can not use the skill, if I also have an axe in the other hand. No change in Main- or Off-hand.
