:The [[Version 0.9.12qq]] patch notes claim the quality bonus was changed from .35 ias per charge to .2 ias. The skill gem in that trade thread certainly proves otherwise. - The Version 0.9.12qq patch notes claim the quality bonus was changed from .35 ias per charge to .2 ias. The skill gem in that trade thread certainly proves otherwise. Either the patch notes have it reversed, or GGG forgot to actually change it. --FaceLicker (talk) 00:32, 14 March 2013 (UTC)
